It has been so long since i last blogged. I wanted so much to blog about my everyday life in Korea but there are really too much to blog and frankly speaking, I'm too lazy. LOL

Firstly, let me comment about roommates. MY ROOMMATE!! It is really OMG on how I have tolerated with her for nearly 4 months!!

1) She is so stingy - Whenever we have guests in our room, I would offer them some snacks and she happily also take one every time but has never offered me anything before!! It is not the issue of her not offering anything to me but her face when she took my snacks. "I don't have to buy any snacks and this girl is going to offer me for the rest of the term".

2) She is so dirty - The first incident was when I went for dinner at a Korean BBQ restaurant nearby with her and the group of Japanese girls on the 1st week. After we are back in our dormitory, she was sitting in front of her computer but never has the intention to take a shower even after I asked her!! OMG!! Can you imagine yourself not taking a shower after having a BBQ??!! You will smell!! The second incident was when we went to do our laundry on the 2nd week. It actually started in the 1st week when we did our laundry and I offered to use the dryer machine together. Instead of using only the dryer machine together, she threw all her clothes into the same washing machine that I was using!! That was not the worst of it, the worst thing is after I have collected the laundry and separated our clothes, I was totally shocked!! She only has 2 shirts, 1 underwear and 2 bras!! OMG!! 1 underwear for a week??!! The third incident was when we joined the a farming experience event. After a day under the sun picking pears and digging sweet potatoes, she actually said that she does not sweat and does not need to shower!! OMG!! Since then I started to get suspicious of her not taking shower frequently because she has never showered in the attached bathroom in our room but goes to the common bathroom almost every morning. There was once I peeped into the plastic bag that she brings with her every morning to the common bathroom and I only managed to find shampoo and hair conditioner!! OMG!! Sometimes after she got out of bed, she will start having her breakfast She doesn't even brush her teeth or wash her face that often too!! The fourth incident was when I was in the room one day and she came back from outside. She came in and unpack something from her wardrobe and I saw her bringing a shoe to the corridor and swept something on the floor. I can't be bothered with her much initially but when I was about to go out, I stepped onto SANDS!! OMG!! When I asked her if she did all that, she said NO!! WTH!! I have been tolerating with her for weeks for not sweeping the floor in the room, and now she is taking me for granted that I will sweep the sands for her!!

3) She is so inconsiderate - Talking on the phone laughing and talking loudly from night till morning in the room when I need to study or sleep!! It was not the worst thing, there was a few times in the morning when she has to wake up very early for her morning classes and she actually slammed on all the cupboards and doors in the room!! I was so damn pissed off with her and decided to take revenge. I woke up early the next morning and changed my bedsheet and slammed on all the cupboards and doors in the room too!! But I think she sees all these coming and bought an earplugged. F!! There was a couple of times she put her knife on top of her cup which was placed on top of the fridge!! I only saw the knife when I stood up after closing the fridge!! WTH!! Is she trying to get me killed??!!

ok.. i hav a long long post which i hav yet to publish.. it is all abt my korea exchange.. bt i jus feel like blogging dwn abt something which jus pissed me off..

wat will u do if something from under the table of another person has been shifted to your table?? return it to tat person rite?? KNS.. so wat if it is jus a bag of plastic bags?? hw i noe if tat person still wans it or nt.. so i jus put it back to tat person's table la.. n guess wat do i get in return?? an attitude saying it is jus a bag of plastic bags n y i cant i jus ask 1st or jus bring it to the storeroom!! Wat De FUCK!!

SUPER ATTITUDE.. WHY DO I HAVE TO TOLERATE ALL THESE THINGS??!! FUCK LA!! nxt time i shall be NICE n jus throw away anything that is on or under my table.. FUCK CARE!!

First 2 weeks in Ewha

Yes, it has been 2 weeks since school has started. Places I have been to are Dongdaemun, Sinchon, Idae, Yongsan, Seoul Station, Myeongdong, Namdaemun, Gyeongbokgung, Gwanghwamun, City Hall, Cheonggyecheon Stream, Jonggak and Gwangjang Market. Mostly are just nearby so I went by myself, some with my new friends. (^-^)

With my Korean buddy's help, I bought a secondhand super small cellphone at only 30,000won with a very nice number. Am still thinking of getting an accessories for it.. Haha.. I have been a good girl since the day I arrived because I tried not to spend too much on unnecessary things.. Haha.. Expect on FOOD!! LOL

I strongly recommends whoever is coming S Korea have to try their Andong Jjimdak!! Super nice!! 回味无穷!! LOLWhile I was shopping at Namdaemun, I saw my dad's favourite!! The big old disc.. Haha.. Am gonna get some for him one of these days.. Hope I'm not that bad in choosing one..

Courses that I took up are Introduction to International Business, Introductory Psychology in Education, Korean Ceramics, Public Relations Campaign and Management Information System. I'm still waiting for my golf course!! Haiz.. We need at least 10 exchange students in order for them to open up another class for us.. But I doubt we will have that many students since they put the time of the lesson at the golden time of all exchange students.. (~_~)

Initially I was really pissed with the registration. We need to get the professors' signatures during the first lesson but there are already Ewha students who signed up for the courses. And on my first Thurday at school, I was rejected into 2 classes because of the maximum limit the class can take in. But luckily, I still manage to get another marketing class else I really feel like strangling them..

Am starting to miss many things.. My family, friends, house, pillow, bolster and food!!! LOL

Ok.. I don't know what else to blog because I did so many things and went to so many places.. I do have many pictures taken during these 2 weeks and I have already put it up in my facebook.. Check it out there.. Here is a picture of me in Hanbok (o_O)

1st two days in Seoul

After my parents and sis sent me to the airport, Den and Jo met me there. We went to have a drink and my parents and sis left.. Jo was showing me all the photos she took when she went to Korea previously then we chit chatted awhile before I checked in. Thanks for sending me off!! *muacks*After arriving in Incheon International Airport in the morning around 730am, I followed the instructions given by Ewha and took the airport bus to Ewha Womans University bus stop. After alighting the bus, I am to cross the boulevard and take a cab to the dorm but there are no traffic light where I can cross the road! So I walked further down to find if there is any and luckily I found a underpass which is to the subway. After taking the lift down to the subway, I encountered another problem is that there are no other lift around!! Just when I was sighing and wanted to carry my luggage (18.5kg) up the stairs, a lady actually asked her son to help me!!! I was really so touched.. Gamsahamida!!

Then I hailed a cab to go to the Ewha dorm and here comes another problem. The taxi driver dropped me off at another dorm building which is up on the hill whereby my dorm is at the foot of the hill and so I have to go down the steep slopes with my luggage!!!! At the check-in counter, my hand was shivering when I am filling up some forms.. I was really really tired.. Below are some shots of Ewha and my dorm..

After settling down my things in the dorm, I went out wanted to meet CaiFen.. But because I have no idea how to get to the Ewha subway station, I walked a big round to the Shincon train station which is just beside my dorm!! Then I walked back to the Ewha main gate and asked for direction and finally I got to the Ewha subway staiton and met CaiFen then we went for lunch.. I had a Kimchi soup with rice..

After lunch, I got a T-money at the subway station and we went to meet the KU people at Dongdaemun.. We shopped at Hello apM, Cerestar, Migliore till 8pm!! Before meeting them, Yiting and I went to have some ice cream and sat down somewhere to rest because we really can't take it and we think only towards the end of the term then we shall spend like them because we don't want to overspend.. LOL.. Anyway, I bought a turtle-neck long sleeves light yellow top at only 3,000KW!!!!

After meeting up with the others, we went to have our dinner at a Korean BBQ shop.. Then I went back to Ewha by myself and guess what?? I thought the Sinchon station that I went earlier in the noon was a subway and I alight at Sinchon subway station then I realised it is a different type of station!! One is a subway station and the other is a train station.. LOL.. Then I have to take the subway back to Ewha subway which is a stop before Sinchon.. *sigh*

After coming back, took a shower then I did not bring a LAN cable so I went to the PC room to use the computer.. Online to send an email to my buddy and chit chatted awhile on msn then I went back to my dorm to rest.. I was really wear out after a whole day of travelling and shopping..

And this is for my first day in Seoul..

I think going out with a big group of people can be kind of troublesome.. Everybody either has a place that they wanted to go or just have no idea where to go and time is wasted there.. LOL.. But travelling alone or with just a couple of people is different.. You can go to wherever you want and easier to come to a term.. Thus, I decided to go out by myself on my second day in Seoul.. I didn't go out far, just around Ewha and Sinchon.. When I was walking along the road with my travel guide, a lady walked up to me and said Annyeong Haseiyo.. I was totally stunned thinking what does she wants.. LOL.. When I was walking thru the Sinchon subway station, I saw this old lady whom I saw her the day before at Ewha subway station too.. She was selling some kittens, she used strings to tie onto their neck and the mother cat is actually inside the box!! *poor kittens*
Today I had Burger King for lunch, Hotdog meal for dinner and bought some necessities and food.. Not sure if it is nice.. LOL..
Thats all for my second day in Seoul..

Today is Mayday's DNA concert, I bought the ticket and I can't go.. *Sad*

Going to watch a HK drama then going to bed.. Nitezz..

My mum has been discharged!! Yeah!! And I have already booked my air tickets to S.Korea. Flying off on 27th Aug 2009 night and reaching S.Korea on 28th Aug 2009 morning.. Going to spend a weekend before school starts.. *Looking forward to it very much!!*

Before I fly to S.Korea for my exchange programme, I will be flying over to Kota Kinabalu with my dad first. My aim is to go there and get my favourite jeans.. LOL.. It is because I got a jeans from there on my last visit with my dad and sis and I LOVE it so much!! Not only I love it, many people who saw it will praise the cutting too.. So this is how nice it is.. *Wink Wink*

Ops.. I just burnt the soup!! LOL.. I forgot I wanted to warm it up and I left it boiling for half an hour.. And it was till I smell something is burning then I remember that I was warming the soup!! *Super Sotong* No soup to drink already.. *Sob Sob*

祝妈妈早点康复！

妈妈生病了。得了盲肠炎。而且还破了！昨天动了手术，现在还在 ICU, 但已经在慢慢的康复了。

想到她还在动手术的时候，爸爸担心到头都痛，看了我都有一点心酸。因为我们并不知道是什么东西破了，只知道早前，医生说妈妈体内也有一粒瘤在卵巢里，不知道是良性还是恶性。还好手术很成功，爸爸才松了口气。

祝妈妈早点康复！

Holiday has started!!

Yesh!! Holiday has finally started again.. Though i started it off with some rashes, have to visit the A&E, had an injection and was kept under observation for 4 hours!! How lucky I was..

Made quite a few good friends in class.. Because we chose 品乐 as the company for our project and thus we are always talking about food during our project meetings!! LOL.. 1 of them is my poly friend, Ahkar! Here is our group photo with Julie on the left and Lee Chen on the right :)
Oh, my exchange programme to S.Korea has been confirmed but I have yet to buy anything for the trip.. My air ticket, insurance and everything!! Because I have yet to receive any confirmation on when is my checkin date to the dorm.. What the hell.. Because this exchange programme starts on 31st Aug 2009 and I have to get there earlier so I will have to miss 五月天's concert!! :(

Anyway.. I am still looking forward to the trip:)

起初我还很害怕我的暑假的教授会很难搞或很严肃，可是我完全错了！他们都挺好的！

而且我都交到了几个朋友。还以为那些拿暑假科目的人都是很“仔”很自我的，可是他们都看起来很和蔼可亲啊！

原本以为可以在暑假边享受边上一个科目，可是全泡汤了！因为我拿到了两个科目，我的朋友也和我说可以等到下个星期才放掉一科。然后加上我的贪心，想霸着两个科目，结果我要是现在放掉的话，我得赔40%的学费！多么不值的啊！

所以我决定拿两个科目了。祝我好运吧！！

super pissed off NOW.. wonder how can people actually live their life like that... won't they feel guilty at all?? always said to compare our answers for the assignments before submitting... but you always submitted before I can even ask you for your answer to compare... and you even MIA just before the due time... this is not the first time already... I know i am naive to think if I help people, people will do the same for me... haiz... maybe I should think twice or even thrice the next time I offer helps to others...

one who is SELFISH are always SELFISH... just like what people usually say... 狗改不了吃屎...

No more Happily Ever After??

I was preparing for my project on effective communication between genders while watching Jack Neo's english series drama Happily Ever After when I heard something like this:

Now is 2009, there are no more fairytales' HAPPILY EVER AFTER... (is this true??)

The whole show is about communication break down between couples. The wife doesn't show much care and concern towards her hubby even when her hubby was down with flu for days. The hubby worked hard for the family, wanted to find some love from his wife but his wife said they are old already and trying to imply that they shouldn't talk about love anymore. They are only around 30 years of age and there are no much communications at all.

After the wife returned from her business trip, she got suspicious about her hubby having an affair because she found another woman's scarf in their house. She said she will let him explain but she didn't even give him the time to think of what has actually happened. The scarf is actually his buddy's wife's scarf. He was hospitalised while his wife was overseas and he never inform her. Worrying that his wife might call him on his mobile, he got his buddy to get his mobile from his house but his buddy is busy so the buddy's financee went in his place. When the buddy's financee was in his house, she saw the mess in the house and so decided to help to clear up the mess. She left the house hurriedly and left her scarf in the house. That was what actually happened but the hubby don't even bother to explain to his wife, afraid it will complicate the matter. Ended up they intend to file for divource.

Can you believe this?? What if you found out what actually happened only years later?? Will you regret what you have actually done?? Or did not do??

In fact, till this far, I only missed the 2nd episode but it does give people a negative thinking about marriage. Though I still pin high hopes in finding my HAPPILY EVER AFTER...

MacRitche Reservior & ECP trip

It has been exactly 1 month since I last updated my blog... I was so busy with 4 of my mid term papers and after that is my term break where i slacked like nobody's business... haha...

Yesterday I brought 1 of my deary cousin kirk to MacRitche Reservior then to ECP with my sister... We took quite a few dramatic photos... lol... The last pix looked so sad... And now my whole body is aching... Guess I have to admit that I'm getting old already... *sob sob*

发啊!!

This cny is too short and very boring... Just like the usual years, we went back to kluang in the evening on the first day but guess what... some people joined us for the trip... people who we are not close with... people who acted close to us... lol... but I don't really care or entertain them at all... lol... my poor aunties and uncles are the ones entertaining them lor... hehe...

Though I spent most of the time playing mj in the day but at night is the time for my deary cousins... Because I only get to spend 1 night with them so this year we 捞鱼生 and shared a bottle of champagne... lol... This is the first time that I see people 捞鱼生 so gently... lol...

cny w/o my dad's enthusiasm is so different... lol... Every cny he always wake up very early on the first day and will play cny songs very very loudly... then he will be busy filming us while we are dolling up... This year, my parents went beijing to spend their cny and they just came back this morning... My dad helps me bought some perfumes from the airport... hehe... ckin2u(20ml) for just $25 each!! And not forgetting some other gifts for us from china... hehe... Then I filled them with all our complains on our way back from the airport... lol...

Last Friday, I went to Chinatown with my sis and kirk after the haircut... Didn't want to go home empty-handed, thus bought something to decorate my house... HAPPY NEW YEAR to everybody!! It has been quite sometimes since I last updated my blog and I have decided to try start updating once every week while I will also make some changes to the design of my blog... hehe...

First of all, I want to share with all of you is that I went to 五月天[後。青春期的詩]新歌飙唱会 with my sis on 4th Jan 2009 at Stadium Green @ Singapore Indoor Stadium! Although 1 of them was not there due to some family issues, the atmosphere was damn HIGH... We were so much closer to 五月天 as compared to the concert of theirs that we went to last year!!

We also went to 五月天[後。青春期的詩]签名会 on 5th Jan 2009 at The Central @ Clarke Quay! The atmosphere was not as high as the previous night especially is that I was at the queue without tickets... But I still managed to see 五月天 right into their face, shaked their hands and got their signatures on the album!! 帅呆了!!!
